Now I would expect a police officer who heads a "Cyber Cell" to know that deleting a tweet does not make it go away.

Now think about this for a second. What @Tahir_A tweeted back in 2013 – "Narendra Modi's puppy analogy on 2002 Gujarat Riots shows his real character... Sadistic" – was his personal opinion. It broke no law. It violated no service rule.

The reason @Tahir_A deleted this is because he knows the system is vindictive to the core. It tramples upon constitutional freedoms with impunity. "If @Masratzahra's 2018 post can get her UAPA in 2020, who knows what horrors my 2013 tweet may get me," he must have thought!
