all of them are inuitive rather than sensate, wheein is the only one that is more of a dominant thinker than feeler, and yong is the only one that is more of a judging than perceiver type https://twitter.com/yongshidae_/status/1252594966204801025
usually when i look at mbti types, i dont look at the label attached to the combination, i look at it more between the combinations of the letters, like for example with _st_ types i dont really get along with them especially if theyre estj 😂
and the purpose of mbti isn't on the label attached to it, it's really more to identify which functions i/e n/s t/f p/j are more dominant in u that u can use more to your advantage or what u need to work on, bcs mbti changes & the environment you are in is a major factor in that
just wanted to reiterate this everytime bcs people say mbti is not valid measure of personality but that is because it is NOT really designed to measure personality, so it's unfair to compair its psychometric properties to other standardized personality tests like mmpi
also saying this to tell people not to cling too much to their mbti type/label because sometimes they use it as an excuse not to work on what theyre lacking, pls just use it as a reference to know your current dominant functions & work on your inferior functions
because the test was designed for that and it was not designed to give you a label

will continue this thread to explain about introversion & extroversion 😂 because there's slight common misperception abt it, people think it as preference/nonpreference to be with a crowd but it's actually more about preference for stimulation (i'll use this drawing to explain)
introverted people generally have higher inner stimulation than extroverted, that's why when theyre put in a group of people/activities wherein they have to socialize, they'll reach the limit of stimulation faster (bcs they alr have high by default) & it will exhaust them easily
