The 2007 Finals aren’t an excusable loss for LeBron. That series was entirely winnable, but LeBron had 35/20/69 shooting splits. If he played better, the Cavs could’ve easily won that series, as all the games were well within reach.

In Game 6, LeBron shot 39% from the floor, and the game was still within reach. They only lost by 8. With 3:30, to go, the Cavs were down 11, and LeBron shot 1-4 and had a turnover. That doesn’t sound like the GOAT to me.
2017 isn’t excusable either. He had plenty of help and was outplayed by KD. I don’t care that he averaged a triple double. Durant averaged 35/8/5 on 55/47/92 shooting splits and better defense. That’s insane.
Kyrie put up 29 a game that series. In game 2, Love scored 27 and they still lost. He had help.

The Cavs lost that series because Durant was unstoppable. Not because LeBron had no help. 2018 is the only excusable loss, and even in his 51 point game, it went to OT and he went 0-4.
