OK, they are not top notch pictures. The ability to take nice screenshots is something TS4 has, and TSF doesn't have. But the #SimsFreeplay deserves a little respect from #TheSims4 community. We have....
Functional babies

Bunk beds and sleeping bags, even though my Sims sleep in their swimwear ( @SimGuruPenny @SimGuruMegz fix please?)

Functional blinds/curtains even though we can't choose the windows behind them

Bunnies (not really too functional, but hey, they're cute), built in fridges, functional-ish cars and pizza ovens

Functional garage doors. But cars can only park in front of the houses, not in the garage. Minor detail ;)

Flat roofs, house boat lots, a lawn mower and wishing wells (my sim is throwing a very large coin in there ;))

Pinatas you can hit, ceiling mounted chairs, egg chairs

Functional hammocks, L-seaters, movie chairs WITH POPCORN and sodas, porch swings

Rocking Chairs and outdoor- and indoor sectionals.

Sims Freeplayers, feel free to add more types of items we have in TSF that TS4 doesn't have!

Guess what, I found some more:
Meet the double shower, hand dryer, paper towel dispenser and a hairdressers chair

An AC, an arcade machine, a bouncy castle and a ceiling mounted bed

A bean bag, dancing disco tiles, a living teddy bear, and a rocketship for toddlers, a bouncy thing for babies and a chalk board

This is fun! We have fans, a mixer, a wall mounted phone, a popcorn machine and wedding cakes on a table

I guess we also have a chocolate fountain, a foosball table, an ironing board and several snacks (fries, hotdogs, muffins and oysters, but no MOO) on a 4 tile long table

We have a quilting set with quilting hobby for elders, an awkwardly large sofa, a round sofa and a tree house

we've got round in-ground spas and vacuums

And, not to make too much fun of you TS4 only players, in TSF we have escalators, fire poles round stairs and mansion stairs.

Oh, I guess last time I forgot some things.
We got horses and ... unicorns

And, yes, we also got reindeers.
