Can I get some clarification @CeXSupport , would your company/store deem a high end headset with cracks on the hinge (for adjusting the headband) grade B?! Bought one online and I dare not even put it on for dear of it snapping, surely they can& #39;t sell damaged goods like this
Picture for reference, it arrived wrapped in bubble wrap like this with non original accessories... Order ID: 7730558 , I don& #39;t even want to wear these or adjust anything for dear of it snapping completely
So the main thing @CeXSupport would be this, can I send this back? As if the hinge breaks it will not be covered by your warranty.. I would rather just get my cash back than risk a damaged item falling apart where nothing can be done
