I agree with the sentiments RE: alcohol sale ban but can also understand how forcing going cold turkey may be difficult for people who have an addiction especially at a time like this when everyone’s mental health is under duress.

Though I also see how concerns over alcohol abuse exacerbating physical abuse in households are also valid.

I know about the relationship between alcohol and covid-19 risks. But I will mention for consideration that sale of cigarettes is not banned.

If one drinks, one drinks for the self. If one smokes, everyone around them also smokes.

As an aside, I don’t really consider this a huge priority right now.
