You found someone you like who shows interest the same.

Then after a few days you pull away to try and see if they’ll initiate the conversations or keep them up and you do this to gauge that interest in compare to yours.

When they don’t you assume it’s not real and you go quiet

You didn’t take into account that they might be feeling the same way about you and that your action had them feeling like you’re not interested because you stopped talking when everything was going fine.

You two don’t talk about things and you become enstranged but you’re angry

Because you still have unresolved feelings for them and you know you two could’ve made a great couple had they just picked the conversation up from where you left it.

Now you’re mad. Probably at a person you never met.

And this further adds to your doubt of fallin in love again
