Women are over represented in outreach and education yet these high profile opportunities always go to men. I'd be lying if I said it wasn't disheartening.

It says a lot that calls for individual people in this list to be replaced are overwhelmingly directed at the two that are percieved as most working class. Do better folks - your biases are showing.
