i don& #39;t believe in sitting down and meditating. my spirit is not aligned with that. i meditate by going outside and taking a walk. my mind will not quiet itself knowing my body actively needs to move itself in order for me to transmute energy.
i am so energetically sensitive that i have to constantly transmute or else i get overwhelmed. this gets labeled as anxiety but it& #39;s deeper than that. i& #39;m not overthinking. i just have to move myself.
meditation is about reflection. you don& #39;t have to be stationary to reflect. reflection is very fluid. ripples in a pond.
my daily meditation is making a cup of tea / drinking an infusion and going outside for my morning plant walk in the woods.
