(lrt) “From the beginning, Jongdae’s issue wasn’t something that is ethically problematic. That’s why no matter whatever reason you (*referring to antis) bring up, you can’t persuade people with your logic...”
I think it’s really telling that these antis keep trying to base their arguments on whatever moral ground they can grasp for, yet they can’t even convince other fans or the public to agree with them.
It’s because their objective is based on unreasonable hatred of someone who has not done any wrong, and not because they have any genuine ethical concerns...
If they genuinely cared about women’s rights and gender issues as they’ve been claiming to all along, they should’ve realized that their harassment of JD’s fiance makes them into perpetrators of the same issues they say they’re fighting against.
They’re honestly doing more harm than good, by using the issue of women’s rights as a shield for their selfish objectives, while acting like hypocrites and attacking innocent people on the other side.
Exactly what kind of example do they think they’re setting, by claiming to do good by donating to those causes, but also perpetuating aggression against an innocent woman themselves?
Not to mention, directing their unreasonable hatred against a man who did the right thing by being responsible in both his relationship and his work. If they genuinely cared about these issues, they should realize they’ve been targeting the wrong people all this time.
It’s clear they just have a different objective behind their advocacy for these ethical causes, one that is only based on their selfish desires as consumers of an idol ‘product’, and not because of anything like genuine concern for any moral issues...
