I’ve lost access to my @PayPalUK coz my name doesn’t match my ID. I have provided a valid deedpoll proving CHIYO and my dead name are the same person. PayPal is still refusing to give me access to all the tips I’ve made this month. I have no money AT ALL. No food, home, or work.
I have messaged PayPal repeatedly, and they keep transferring me into different departments. People have sent me tips, money from hardship funds, and support over PayPal and they have blocked any access I have to that help. They’ve now completely stopped replying to me.
@PayPalUK I HAVE PROVIDED YOU WITH ID. I HAVE GIVEN YOU A LEGALLY VALID DEEDPOLL EXPLAINING WHY THE NAMES DO NOT MATCH. I HAVE PROVEN MY IDENTITY. YOU ARE DENYING ME ACCESS TO MY MONEY DURING A WORLD EPIDEMIC AND HAVE IGNORED ME FOR 5 DAYS.

@PayPalUK / @AskPayPal is in my DMs saying this is their policy and there’s nothing they can do. Well maybe it’s time to change your policy so it’s more Trans friendly, or look at individual cases more closely. GIVE. ME. ACCESS. TO. MY. MONEY. THERE IS LITERALLY A WORLD PANDEMIC.
