EXPLANATION OF "Soul" MV (Perspective of a film student)

The car crash represents something that happened to them in the past which affected the both of them badly. But after all of the hindrances and challenges, they still continued to fight together as H&D.

They mainly used red & blue which can symbolize different things.

For red, it depicts danger or tragedy but in the end it actually shows passion & determination.
For blue, it can mean weakness but as you can see they actually show having perseverance & faith.

For this particular scene, you can see that this angle emphasizes the distance and gap between the two. Hangyul is sitting on a bed of flowers which symbolizes a flowery path while he's looking down on Dohyon who is still stuck in the past while holding on to a wilting rose.
