This is a long thread about what I went through on the campus of @NUSRL_Ranchi

I just touched character limit only mentioning trigger warnings for what I went through on the National University of Study and Research in Law's campus.
I cannot believe that is an actual, real place and not some nightmare I had a year ago.
It all started in a week of my joining

A rumour started that me and my friends (four other women) said "Fuck seniors" while we were walking around in the campus. This rumour was taken at face value because we abused a lot (which UPite doesn't) and this led to some interesting activities in the boy's hostel.

According to what I was told months later by a guy, their "intro sessions" (euphemism for ragging) included seniors telling them "Wo titli gang se dur rahna aur ladkiyo ko bhi bol dena" (that's what they named us).
My classmates were ofc good spineless reptiles and they complied.

It was the beginning of a nightmare. We were confused and panic stricken. Nobody talked to us for more than 2 minutes. People would leave a two bench space from us and then sit. Even if it was a fully packed classroom. I could always here someone jeer when I answered in class.

This ofc later transformed into all out making fun of me in front of the class. It was daunting.
This eventually subsided during exam season because back then my mental health wasn't so fractured and I still studied so I had notes and I could help a bunch of science and comm kids

Exam season was fun. I sent VNs explaining Political Science and economics to my classmates. We joked around. It felt welcoming.
Looking back I should have ran away before anything else happened.
