Checklist for designing #COVID19 response. What should we do when we cannot do everything everywhere? 10 quick questions for humanitarian managers as they make tough choices and prioritise resources. Please see thread:
1. Are we using measures of inequality to prioritise populations where the socio-economic impact of #COVID19 and #lockdowns will be most severe and where the disease and its resulting deprivation is likely to spread fast and wide?
2. Are we thinking "feasibility" by focusing on areas where we have a good chance of success because we know them already, can build local partnerships, can re-purpose existing assets and exert positive influence over others as we distribute key resources ourselves?
3. Are we remembering to find and include high-risk but less-visible groups like the elderly, disabled and people who face discrimination as “outcasts” of various kinds?
