Can we concentrate the conversation on the mental health problems of Trump. POTUS is showing every sign of rapidly advancing frontotemporal dementia. Many health professionals are shouting about this but it still does not get enough attention. It gets lost in the continual crazy

Please look at the the threads of @DrNikkiMartinez @TomJChicago @JohnMTalmadgeMD @snarke @RadioFreeTom & the selfless @atrupar who puts himself through those briefings every day. America your president is crumbling mentally in front of your eyes. Trump is getting worse every day

I’m not a mental health professional, I don’t need to be to see how pressing this issue is . This is a president who simply does not care how many Americans die, he will carry his base along to express it as a win. He feels invincible. He is the emperor with no clothes.

The press needs to be relentless. They must back each other, & ask him over & over the questions he doesn’t want to answer. They must back their colleagues. Give him no wriggle room. Hold him to account-he doesn’t have the mental acuity to cope with it. He will break.

This is not pleasant but it needs to be seen. To be highlighted. To be top of the news cycle. Concentrate less on what he says & look at how he says it. Dementia is always sad but no-one with a problem this advanced should be POTUS. This is a world issue.

He has an army of enablers - medics, behind the scenes nurses, family, political toadies who prop him up. It’s time for honesty. Vast amounts of people are dying because of his intractability & more will as he incites rebellion against isolation measures.

No-one is stopping this. People are horrified but more people are going to die because he is unhinged. It should go without saying. People need to vote blue. Biden would not be my candidate of choice but he is THE candidate. Splitting the vote is not an option. Get Trump out.

In an ideal world the 25th amendment would be used. In an ideal world the impeachment process would have been used honestly & correctly but we are way beyond ideal. This must not be allowed to continue. We can’t hide from the briefings because they are too painful to watch.

We can’t simply blame what we see on a mentally challenged President, who has always lacked empathy & who has a likely drug problem. He is sick & it needs continually shouting from the rooftops. You have a mentally ill president killing your compatriots & HE DOESN’T CARE. AT ALL.
