I mean it obviously screams "bot farm" doesn't it.
I'm wary of the original tweets flagging this. This one is a bot yes and there are others but it's very unclear who's behind it. I personally think "Susan" suggests Russian bot farm but that's obviously guesswork.
Susan is not the name of a twenty something nurse.
