Are people being honest here that there are people who reckon & actually mean running water is a luxury?
Is that not deliberately choosing to miss the point the others were trying to make regarding returnees in the wake of a serious health threat?

Speaking for myself, I did this thread on the 65 which was not in in way inspired by malice nor loathe for diasporans.
