PNP: The Philippine National Police will strictly enforce the enhanced community quarantine throughout Luzon in coordination with local government units

PNP: There will be no more warning for ECQ violators. Instead, arrest and inquest procedures will be applied to cases of violations of Republic Act 11469 (Bayanihan to Heal as One Act)

PNP: Based on our latest figures of ECQ violators from March 17, there are 98,986 violators warned. Around 6,000 were fined and 31,000 were arrested. Some 2,467 are still detained and 24,248 cases filed. There is a total of 136,517 ECQ violators for the past 35 days of the ECQ

PNP: I also authorized the deployment of 12 teams of special action forces, with 116 personnel, to strategic locations in Metro Manila

PNP: We want to mitigate the risk of our frontline PNP personnel who are exposed in number of people and motorists violating the ECQ at checkpoint
