unpopular opinion but i don’t want to sit here and have people pity me and the rest of the class of 2020 just because we are seniors and are missing out on our last half of the school year. yes it’s sad and this all hits the seniors hard but there are bigger problems in the world

there are people DYING. and there are also nurses and doctors and much more who are dedicating their time to their work and are putting themselves at risk. my prayers go out to them. not us. i am sad too but i’d rather the focus go out to people who are truly being affected

i understand this situation is affecting everyone in different ways but i think the class of 2020 should be thankful we got to experience what we could and focus on what we got to do rather than what we could have done.
