Like most Indian private medical practitioners, i collect my consultation fees AFTER the consultation.
Normally in clinic, receptionist does this job.

Presently almost all work is tele-consultation. So no receptionist is involved.

So far, since 21st March, ONLY 2 patients asked me about consultation fees payment at the end of the session and paid. (Each session is 30-45min at least)

When I sent a follow up payment message to those who didn't pay, either they chose to ignore or responded -

"oh, are we supposed to pay for THIS? We thought this is just a phone call"

Just putting it here in public domain for keeping alive existence of other side of the coin.
