Folks, if you have vulnerable elderly parents AVOID @TD_Canada as a banking institution. My mom had $3000 stolen from her savings & they refused to reimburse her or explain the details of their "fraud investigation". They have made this process unbelievable difficult for her
knowing full well that she suffers from several underlying health issues. Today is one of many days I have spent countless hours trying to support her through this dilemma including spending 2 hours on the phone with the bank. This just isn't right. Our elders deserve better.
Also, @TD_Canada please don't respond to this thread with a disingenuous tweet to pretend you care. It's clear you don't and I am saddened that you would treat someone who has banked with you for over 35 years this way.
