2/5: A new addition to our county case map is cases per 1,000 residents. 3/5: Donley County, with a population of less than 4,000, has 23 positive cases, or 5.94 cases per 1,000 people. 5/5: The Texas Department of State Health Services released testing data Friday that reported 10 tests from the county through April 13, though the data includes 20,000 tests with an unknown county or yet to be assigned.
