Little imperfect for a first attempt. Also not having a wok. Or a gas burner. Tasty AF though and definitely hit the spot.

Speaking of good ideas, I had leftover pork belly from when I made roast pork so I thought I& #39;d try my hand at Korean style Chilli Pork.
For once, the Kimchi is an appropriate side condiment. Also my mouth is burning and this is fkn delicious.
