Quarantine Quasine:

I've levelled up my pasta game a bit and have hit a basic level of ok-ness at that... the same can't be said for Asian noodle dishes.

And I had a weird craving for Chinese restaurant style inauthentic "Singapore" Rice Noodles. So I made that happen.
Little imperfect for a first attempt. Also not having a wok. Or a gas burner. Tasty AF though and definitely hit the spot.

Few tweaks and I think I can make it betterer.
I should probably put all my future #QuarantineQuasine content in this thread so I can actually look back on it one day and scroll up on and through.

That's a good idea.
Speaking of good ideas, I had leftover pork belly from when I made roast pork so I thought I'd try my hand at Korean style Chilli Pork.

For once, the Kimchi is an appropriate side condiment. Also my mouth is burning and this is fkn delicious.
