My caveat, as someone who spent years reporting on the #DPRK, is the country is very opaque. A single unreliable source carries a lot of currency and it's difficult to verify their information quickly. We've been aware of some Kim Jong Un health issues for years.
Kim Jong Un is only ~36. His father lived to be 82.
