What's the best way to deal with a guy who takes rpg maps and writing you've had freely online for years for others to use in their pvt games, who then copypastes everything, changes a few names, adds a chunk of their own writing but tries to pass the whole thing off as theirs?

Like I am really happy that my creations are being enjoyed by others, but I'm not so happy about all the WOW YOU'RE AMAZING he's getting over stuff that's 50% word for word my brainsplats. "Borrowed" my house style for maps too.
