FACT: Meghan Markle met, dined and socialised with heads of governments, world leaders and famous people, travelled on private jets, wore expensive designer clothes, shoes and jewellery, did serious charity work, wrote articles and travelled the world BEFORE she met Prince Harry.

She had millions of pounds, earned in her own right. There was an abundance of evidence to support all this, including print media, photographs, videos and verbal testimonies. Most of this could have been uncovered with a simple Google search. #Meghan #PrinceHarry #MeghanandHarry

What did the British media and their sources in the royal palaces do? For some strange reason (we know why), they decided to create a completely false and derogatory narrative about #Meghan. #HarryandMeghan

The British media, aided by their royal/household sources, decided to tell their audiences that Prince Harry's future bride was a scheming, grasping, fame-hungry gold-digger, "lacking in social graces", who saw "poor Harry" as a route to fame and fortune.

It was glaring and perplexing to observers that such descriptions had not been applied to the bride who had actually entered the family with scarcely more than the clothes on her back (her wedding dress) and a pair of earrings her parents had reportedly bought for her.

Decent people from all over the world recognised the character assassination which was taking place and began pointing out what was going on, with evidence. The British media, including several broadsheet reporters, television and radio "personalities" doubled down on the lies.

They not only began coordinating their attacks locally, they actively went to great lengths to spread the smears to overseas audiences, specifically targeting countries in which they were popular, and those to which the couple conducted official visits - DURING their tours.

NEVER FORGET that this is how this whole saga began. Two people happened to fall in love and a whole army of cretins pooled their efforts to destroy them by targeting the female half through a vicious global campaign of racism, othering, defamation and smears built on LIES.

The British media could not have had the degree of success in spreading their lies all over the country had they not had been encouraged by a willing audience, media professionals and royal family who gave tacit approval by remaining silent or overtly participating. #complicity

Meghan and Harry are not seeking "attention". They are seeking peace of mind and freedom from a campaign of persecution which has continued to escalate (during a pandemic!) even after the perpetrators in the media and royal family achieved their aim of driving them out of the UK.

Meghan and Harry are seeking freedom from the poisonous and dangerous atmosphere which has been created by the British media's lies and directly led to an escalation of threats to their lives and that of their son, by people quoting the lies spread by MOST UK news organisations.

As Harry said in his statement which accompanied the lawsuits: it is the RIGHT thing to do. It is a matter of principle and also very much a matter of their lives. I hope they bury every last one of those cretinous individuals/orgs who participated in the campaign of harassment.
