Eat & Love Yourself comes out tomorrow.
I started working on this book in 2015, I was 22. It had been 2 years since I started my eating disorder recovery. I’m proud, anxious and so thankful to everyone at Boom! Studios for giving me the chance to talk about this difficult subject

Body dysmorphia and eating disorders come in all shapes, it’s something that needs to be better understood. This book was a great tool for me to shine a light on it in my own way and ultimately to say we should be loving ourselves for who we are.
It is something that I still need to remind myself everyday, because mental health is very difficult and will very often make you doubt your self worth.
I just hope it helps someone somehow, to know that they’re not alone. Mental health is a constant battle, and I want to believe in you, and in me. You’re all beautiful and that’s mostly what I wanted to say with this book.
Thank you for your constant support
