Ferraro& #39;s district (especially the NY-12 and NY-14 parts) has become a hotbed of leftism in NYC. Here are a few recent primaries that really show it.
First up: the 2018 #NYGov primary. Cynthia Nixon (red) lost the district to Andrew Cuomo by under 9%!

The #NYAG 2018 primary ended up with @ZephyrTeachout winning Ferraro& #39;s old seat by over 5% -- but nobody got a majority of the vote in this 4-way primary.
In fact, Sean Patrick Maloney (who represents #NY18) won over 20%, and even won some precincts (the purple ones) here!
