Amazing at this point how little we know about #coronavirus:

1. We have a range of R0 from 2.0 to 5.7; that is a massive range.

2. Do we know if asymptomatic people are shedding culturable living virus that infects others or are they just shedding RNA?

3. Do antibodies mean immunity?

4. How long does immunity last?

5. What is a safe distance? 6 feet? 20 feet? Being on the international space station?

6. How many people have been infected?

7. Why do some people develop cytokine storm while others don't?

2/n
8. What is the infection fatality rate? (odds of dying if you have either a symptomatic or asymptomatic infection)

9. Just how much higher is it than the flu?

10. We have not nailed down the capacity for aerosolized spread, say in ventilatory ducts & what do we need to do to disinfect those and other surfaces.

11. Do antivirals work?

12. Will a vaccine provide durable protection?

So many more questions as well ...
