1/ Life as a disabled person during COVID 19 is watching your wife have care withdrawn in the name of 'unprecedented circumstances' & then seeing that withdrawal being justified by providers claiming that the care wasn't really 'critically' needed in the first place.
2/ Life as a disabled person is not being believed as an expert in your own needs and often feeling powerless to persuade those in authority that you might be telling the truth when asking for help.
3/ Life as a disabled person is being awake at 1.30 not knowing what the next few months (or years) will bring while simultaneously knowing that you are not the worst off by a long way.
