I’ve been seeing it in people’s push-up or pull-up videos. They say they’re somehow doing better and feeling stronger now that they’re not at the gym. I’m glad you found that focus now that less factors are getting in your way or getting in the way of mine. For example-
gym intimidation. time restraints. machines or equipment being occupied. Now you can focus.
It’s just you. It’s how it should be. You’re working out cause it’s your body and your hard work will show for yourself. At the beginning it was you and in the end it will be just you.
I’m not saying you should not go back to the gym or gyms are the issue. I just hope when things go back to normal and we return to the gym you can carry that same mindset with you. stay strong
