My Gym Progression ( A Thread )
Ngl Im mainly doing this to motivate myself and I asked my friends if I should do it and they gave the green light so here goes nothhhing
Ite so boom, These pics were taken like in year 11? End of that and I was just thinking to myself fuck this like I acc cant be looking this marga no more, just wasnt happy with the way I looked I mean, how can I? I wouldnt even be able to lift my wcw ffs.
Prior to this I started gym but it was infrequent/ suffered fuckaround-itis a few months before but GCSE Summer is when I got my head down, started at around 57kg
So I started hard bulking/ dirty bulking which idk I dont think I was doing properly because I was still kinda skinny but not that skinny I guess. We stayed consistent nonetheless
So I think after like 2 months this was the progress, Kinda noticeable but not really, pigeon ass chest, no arms etc etc, was 61kg here
I think this was 8 months in, 67kg and my arms started filling my tee, but still not happy with what I looked like, envisioned better in my head
So big big time gap, 2 years in now the gym, started seeing some progress, had some dips due to Ramadan and other stuff but thats aite
And then as per Ramadan, Lost alot of gains around this time last year but I only bounced back harder but this time I was bulking bulking like I wanted to be a super fat ting, forst pic was around 70kg, second and third pic around 77kg. 1st and 2nd/3rd pic are spaced over 3month
It was probably after that where I saw the biggest difference in September- December, I cut down the amount I ate drastically and still lifted kinda heavy I guess. First pic is December 2019, Second pic is Feb 2020
December time I was probably at my heaviest weight, weighing at around 84kg, Feb around 77kg. Heres another pic from Feb
But then obviously lockdown happened and i just lost appetite because ngl the only reason I ate was for gym so I lost motivation for that and lost weight so Im currently around 74kg
dw i done legs aswell, squats, lunges and all of that good stuff
