(4)..a more profesiional fighting force. ISIS also has gained a foothold in West Africa. Threats that were non-existent before exploded immediately the U.S and France setup shop in out very own backyard. They refuse to share intel because they do not want to see BHT defeated

(5) Their drones in the region have not recorded a single hit on Boko Haram. They have not intercepted men and material en route northern Nigeria. They have been monitoring Nigerian army positions and relaying the intel to the Chadians who in turn relay it to Boko Haram
