My friend had little luck with her depression even after seeing the therapist and only started healing after going to a church. Before this she expressed no interest whatsoever in religion until she found a church where people danced and sang

I'm not saying dont go see a therapist I'm saying there is something wrong when people treat going to a psych ward as though they're going to prison

Stop making mentally Ill people afraid of seeking help
