Or will I be expected to be back at work for my full 5 days necessitating my eldest to return to school necessitating grandparent care for youngest on days she doesn't attend childcare?

I'll have to get my mum travelling again on trains & buses for her careday with youngest.

Mum comes from the Central Coast Thursday afternoons to care for youngest when I work on Friday before returning to Coast Saturdays.
