I just got off the phone with Bo Dorough, the mayor of Albany, GA, one of the largest hotspots in the country.

He had no idea Governor Kemp was reopening businesses on Friday. He wasn't consulted or called about it.
"Well, I am concerned, obviously, for the citizens of Albany in Dougherty County. Because what we have done is demonstrably curbed the spread of the virus. And what Gov Kemp has done has basically eliminated those measures," Dorough says.
He also expressed concern about these businesses practicing social distancing when they open. "It's impossible to provide the service without physically coming into contact with the customer," he said.
Dorough said he was in his office when his clerk came in to tell him to turn on the TV. That's when he learned of Gov. Kemp's order.
