Before that, the last article published by the sole author, Oron Zachar, was an erratum to a 2004 article. Oron has zero peer reviewed papers on nanoparticles or virus or anything to do with medical matters.

He has no current academic affiliation and the company he mentions as his affiliation (in Israel) does not seem to have much of an existence.
