My dog is back in the doggy hospital. They have to keep her for a few days because the bone infection is not going away. We took her in for a bandage change today and they said she is still showing signs of being sick, so they are keeping her to put her on IV antibiotics.

I'm getting a little nervous. We are following all of the post-op instructions and she is still struggling. They said she was doing fine up until yesterday. Then the infection started manifesting again. I feel like I'm not doing something right.
