1. He& #39;s ambidextrous because his mother, an infamous dual-wielder herself, trained him from childhood to use both hands equally - having a non-dominant hand was an inexcusable weakness because any warrior worth anything should be able to dual wield and fight with an injured arm.
2. He has intense and incurable resting murder face and people who don& #39;t know him well tend to think he& #39;s plotting their violent end in at least three different ways at all times. In reality he& #39;s very agreeable and his default mental state is usually some level of anxiety.
3. For all his wholesomeness, he can be a shit to people if he knows they can handle it. Examples include: loudly heckling an asshole classmate& #39;s speech, catching his friend as he fell 20ft out of the air and immediately dumping him on the ground when friend called him "my hero"
4. He bleaches his hair because he shares its natural dark color with his mother and he wants to look as little like her as possible (also, he thinks dark hair makes him look scarier). He was... not very good at this at first. One of Irdid& #39;s friends helped him fix that disaster.
5. He has a lot of knives. Entirely more knives than a person should reasonably own. This is mostly because his fencing teacher (the closest thing he had to a positive role model growing up) was the only person who gave him birthday (or any) gifts, and she always gave him knives.
6. Speaking of birthdays, Cash& #39;s 20th was sometime in the past week in-campaign, but he forgot to mention it because a) he& #39;s not used to it being a big deal and b) the party doesn& #39;t actually exist in canon right now so dates and times are questionable at best
7. He will only accept being called Cashmere with a hard "sh" (CASHmere, not cajshmere) because the former is an extension of his chosen name and the latter is what he was called growing up. If you call him Cajsh he& #39;ll take offense and probably be a little hurt, so please don& #39;t.
8. Irdid was his first real crush, mostly because he didn& #39;t know much of anyone his own age growing up, and definitely none who were his type (read: A Decent Person). He didn& #39;t even realize it was a crush for months. (Irdid figured it out before he did.)
9. He has a habit of not telling people about his life, bc he& #39;s private + he doesn& #39;t think they care. His friends didn& #39;t know he was dating Irdid for weeks + he& #39;s been hanging out with a friend& #39;s rival (who killed him once) bc they had similar childhoods and like to swap stories.
10. He has severe issues with anxiety and self-doubt. His mother made it increasingly clear as he grew up that she saw him as spineless, and at the same time he& #39;s constantly afraid he& #39;ll slip into the cruelty he was raised for despite his desire to be a good person.
11. He& #39;s shy and considers himself not very socially gifted, but people do tend to like him once they get past the scary exterior. He& #39;s a genuinely nice person who& #39;s easy to talk to, if only because he& #39;s usually just happy for the chance at conversation in the first place.
12. His magic comes with drawbacks (in addition to the contract that he had to sign with a demon for it) - namely, it changes his appearance and can make him sick. It hadn& #39;t done much yet when he came to Zevril, but over time his eyes and the area around them have turned gold.
(fortunately, the sickness thing is more of a short-term pain than anything longer-lasting, and he does have an ability that can counteract it, but said ability has limited uses per day and is his only healing magic so that& #39;s not ideal)
13. He& #39;s not especially smart (he& #39;s more or less average), but he is one of the more cautious and level-headed among his friends. If he& #39;s facing a risky situation, he& #39;s probably going to wait and weigh his options before jumping in unless there& #39;s really no other choice.
14. He kind of likes having his hair played with, but he doesn& #39;t really make it known (he also values his personal space and doesn& #39;t usually like to be touched without warning). It makes the bleaching routine easier, at least.
15. He once found himself in the middle of an exam with no idea what he was doing, so he asked for a boon from Uruskreil. He is extremely not proud of having literally made a deal with a demon to pass finals.
16. There are Certain Things he knows about himself that the rest of the party does not know yet but since some of my fellow players follow me here I can& #39;t reference it even though I want to. This isn& #39;t really a fact. I guess the fact is that he has stuff he& #39;s keeping to himself.
17. He thought he was short-to-average because his mother is so obnoxiously large until he came to Zevril and found out that at 6& #39;3 he was actually kind of tall.
