You need to control three things:

1. Your Time
2. Your Energy
3. Your Health

Everything else in your life improves when you have a good grasp of those three categories.
Time.

How much time do you waste?

Everybody needs to look themselves in the mirror because we are all guilty of doing this.

The best way to control your time is to prioritize the activities and people that will help you over the long term.

Easier said than done.
Energy.

I believe that energy is more important than time.

Without stable energy levels, you’ll never be able to utilize time effectively.
Don’t make this complicated.

• Sleep by 10 PM
• Get sunlight exposure
• Avoid refined sugar and fast food
• Train consistently
• Be around HIGH ENERGY people

Nothing will replace these fundamentals.
Health.

Without health, what do you have?

Absolutely nothing.

We live in a time where young people develop disease.

Avoid that by prioritizing the well-being of your mind, body, and spirit.
