Takeaway #1: A group of diverse stakeholders DISAGREED ON WHEN #steptherapy practices are appropriate.
Takeaway #2: However, these same stakeholders AGREED ON HOW #steptherapy should be developed, implemented, communicated and evaluated.
Takeaway #3: Most of these criteria were rated as standards we can achieve today - i.e. using up-to-date evidence, communicating information to patients and prescribers.
Takeaway #3 (cont.) Others were rated as best practices - i.e. e-tracking patient status on a protocol (like a delivery app for your prescription drugs), publicly reporting outcomes from #steptherapy
