Let’s try and settle this hindsight business once and for all.
Can someone find a tweet, or a Parliamentary q, in which a Labour MP - or any other opposition MP - raised the issue of our lack of pandemic preparedness or insufficient stockpiles of PPE *before* February this year?

So the upshot of this appears to be:
- We were the second best prepared country in a global league.
- Despite which the sudden, exponential demand meant it still wasn’t enough.
- No media or opposition figure predicted this perfect storm BEFORE the perfect storm happened.
