I don't think enough people talk about or are aware of the amount of corporate propaganda and brainwashing in this country.

Since the day we are born, Americans are drilled with concepts of freedom and American ideals. They're treated like tangible things that can be threatened and taken away by outsiders.

This is all to rile us up and keep us battle ready and willing to protect and to serve this bastard colonialist shithole.

Ofc ppl who protest the quarantine and think anything left of murdering homeless people is communism are stupid BUT. These are both a direct result of American propaganda and censorship.

In conclusion: yes, Americans are selfish and stupid but you gotta understand both of those traits come from decades and decades and probably HUNDREDS of years worth or pro-US propaganda, nationalism, and other factors like the Red Scare.

Our fear of Healthcare and protection of the common people come from this too. And so does (ironically) our grip on the 2nd Amendment.

Americans say it's to protect themselves from a tyrannical government but the sad truth is the people saying this are the least likely to stand up to the government. We all are.

We have a militarized police force. Not to mention the terrorist war machine that is the US military.
