Old age meant so much INTENSE experience of love and war that you were slightly jaded

Grown too old and spent for "experience"

The joy this elder would find was in living THROUGH the fresh Youth who was just starting out

Our elders, the Boomers, are a generation of people who put their heads down and hunted "retirement"

They postphoned "experience" until leisurely old age

Making them spiritual children who spend the autumn of their lives chasing what they missed

Careless about what's to come

They were handed a free world

And on their watch it became a debt strangled, Orwellian, factory they are handing to you
