@kellysue sent out a new goal through #bgsd texts and asked us to create a schedule to help get us through quarantine and I thought I’d share something I’ve been doing with the help of my therapist. #bgstlist

For a few weeks now, since I got laid off work, my therapist has been having me do what she calls a Behavioral Activation Log. Basically you pick things you want to do during the week (and things you feel you ‘should’ do) and then select certain days to commit to doing them (2/?)
This was mine last week. Days with purple are the days I’ve committed to doing those tasks. I didn’t do super great last week but I’m still proud of what I accomplished. (3/?)
And the week before that I was super successful. I also can change up what my tasks are each week if I want to try new things or feel like I’m doing great at one task and want to switch it out for another one. (4/?)
