Italy's ban on flights from China took effect 3 days before Trump's non-ban restrictions on China travel.

(Travelers from China who really wanted to get to Italy could fly elsewhere first and then to Italy. But Trump has provided zero evidence that infected people who planned to fly from China to the US instead, for some reason, flew from China to somewhere else to Italy.)
