im sorry i didnt get a college degree and got a job at 20 and havent stopped working since - i apologize.
ive worked for 21 years and always have felt inadiquate because i didnt finish school. i made $22,000 a year to manage servers and now i am lucky i work somewhere better than where i started.
its weird how without understanding why you have been in such a position, didnt get a chance to take computer science and logic courses - people will judge you because you didnt finish. i dunno just sucks the judgemental view on it.
i got my first full time job at 16 - ive never known anything different.
inclusivity has to recognize class, economic situation and struggle - it& #39;s amazing how people refuse to put that into their equation for some of us that didn& #39;t have an opportunity. some good luck and good people helped me get where i am.
before you assume ask more about the person
poverty is ultimately a huge differentiator. it& #39;s why i didn& #39;t finish school
