It hasn’t been easy being graduating in the midst of COVID-19 - it’s been pretty dang miserable, if I’m being honest. I had so many ideas about what May 2020 would look like...

And absolutely nothing has gone the way I’ve expected. 5 cancelled trips, 6 positions closed, 1 cancelled graduation, and a future with absolutely no clarity.

But I think this is when my training matters most. This is when I get to practice what I preach every day.

Mindfulness, resilience, self-talk... These are skills that I’ve been studying for 2 years but now I have the opportunity to really live them.

I love sport psychology and I’m so excited to start working in this field
