Note: Rick Mahorn played for the Bullets from 1980 to 1985, placing this photo somewhere in that range. It's not from the Sonics/Bullets finals in 78 or 79.

Thanks to @eyesonsi, we found out that Getty Images has a few of these photos on file. Per Getty, it's from circa 1982 in a game against the Bullets in Landover. The 2nd photo looks like the original one we saw, but from not cropped like the first.

What makes it stranger, is that there are multiple photos from THE SAME GAME where Sikma is wearing #43. In other words, he wore #43 for part of the game, and then, for some reason, switched to #25. We can't be 100% certain it's the same game, but the taglines are identical.
