TennCare has made changes re: COVID-19. The suit focuses on the potential 1,000s of people cut from the insurance system and who are not sure how to appeal. Advocates have argued the recently-updated eligibility system was archaic and flawed, with lingering effects.
The suit, on behalf of 35 kids and adults says even the upgrades haven't helped. Yes, I have been talking about this for years and no, there doesn't seem to be an end (or clarity) in sight.
